We have developed a quick and simple format to ensure that everything is done correctly the first time, which facilitates a surprisingly quick approval and funding process. When you partner with All Roads Capital, you have a Finance and Insurance Department that you can rely on 6 days a week to work diligently to ensure that all of your finance deals become deliveries.

We do all of the legwork for you!
All Roads Capital handles all aspects of your customers’ financing, so that you can concentrate on selling more RVs, toters, horse trailers or boats. And the best part is that we charge you no fees for our services. Because of the high volume of business we do with our lenders, they pay us a small fee for referring business to them. That does NOT mean that we sell your customers’ loans to the highest bidder. Instead, we work with each customer’s credit history to get them the best possible rates and terms. We facilitate the necessary lending procedures with quick turnaround time and fast funding, while you control the sale.

Once your customer decides to purchase, simply fill out the easy-to-complete All Roads credit application and fax to 1-800-619-4105. When the lender needs additional information before a final approval can be obtained, a pending approval notice will be issued. For example, the lender may request proof of income, dealer factory cost, or proof of paid collections and judgments. After the lending requirements are met, All Roads Capital will fax you a final approval notice. All approved deals are turned over to an All Roads Capital Account manager who guides the deal through the closing process until the customer is ready to take delivery.

Financing Professionals you can trust
An All Roads Capital account manager contacts the customer with various finance options. The account manager discloses rates and terms to the customer and discusses all other options. They will ensure your customers feel confident about their choice of Dealership and the product they purchase, whether RV, toter, toterhome, horse trailer or boat. They also make sure customers can obtain the proper down payment and can afford their monthly payments. When it comes to delivering more units, our account managers are your partners in every sense of the word. The account manager also confirms that all loan stipulations are satisfied and then faxes you a closing status report.

After all of the loan details are agreed upon with the customer and a closing date is determined, All Roads Capital prepares all loan documentation and processes it through our proprietary computer software for error free closing and funding. We even provide you with checklists to ensure that all of the paperwork is in order and the closing and funding process goes smoothly.

How the Process Works:

  1. Dealer faxes credit application to All Roads Capital.
  2. All Roads Capital evaluates credit application, pulls credit bureau, and contacts dealer for any missing individual or unit information.
  3. All Roads Capital sends credit application to banks for approval. Bank faxes back approval, denial, or request for more information.
  4. All Roads Capital faxes or calls dealer with results. Dealer to provide All Roads Capital with any missing or additional information needed for approval.
  5. Upon approval, All Roads Capital verifies all unit information with dealer. Dealer will fax a copy of the bill of sale to All Roads Capital.
  6. All Roads Capital enters deal into computer and calls customer to discuss payment options. When agreement is made, All Roads Capital prints all appropriate documents.
  7. All Roads Capital calls dealer and overnights documents to a dealer. Included will be a checklist to ensure the dealer knows exactly what paperwork must be signed and included.
  8. Dealer has customer sign all documents as soon as possible. Upon completion, dealer must sign checklist and prepare packet for return to All Roads Capital.
  9. Dealer calls All Roads Capital and overnights paperwork back to All Roads Capital with proof that lien is placed on title. (New Sportchassis should have lien placed at the factory).
  10. All Roads Capital evaluates all paperwork and calls or faxes dealer for any missing information.
  11. Dealer ensures that all title work will be done in accordance with dealer agreement.
  12. When deal is complete, All Roads Capital issues a check or wire transfers funds to the dealer or manufacturer – whichever is appropriate.

Common Funding Delays:

Contract Assignments: Frequently missing the date of the contract, customer’s name, and the signature of an authorized officer of the dealership.
Contact Signatures: Both the customer(s) and Dealership signees must sign all required parts of the contract.
Blanks on Contract: All parts must be completed.
Driver’s License: Customer must provide All Roads with a copy of the state ID.
Odometer Statements: On used vehicles and trade-ins.
Guarantee of Title: Dealer must provide All Roads Capital with a good title as agreed upon in the dealer agreement.
