When the lender needs additional information before a final approval can be obtained, a pending approval notice will be issued. For example, the lender may request proof of income, dealer factory cost, or proof of paid collections and judgments. After the lending requirements are met, All Roads Capital will fax you a final approval notice. All approved deals are turned over to an All Roads Capital Account manager who guides the deal through the closing process until the customer is ready to take delivery.
