• Buyer submits phone or online credit application, including unit information with applicable options.
• ARC will verify all information regarding the unit from Buyer/Seller including options using NADA (or other applicable sources) and/or payoff information.
• ARC will review loan package with Buyer and run Buyer's credit to determine the best source for financing.
• ARC sumbits loan package to appropriate sources for approval.
• Upon approval, ARC contacts Buyer to review rate, term, loan stipulations, titling options and payoff information (if applicable).
• ARC will contact Seller to obtain applicable documentation including copies of Driver's Licenses, title copy, payoff information, etc.
• ARC obtains tax and title estimate for Buyer's approval.
• ARC prints documentation and overnights to Buyer in prepaid package for approval and signatures.
• Buyer will overnight completed package back to ARC in prepaid envelope.
• ARC audits the loan package and any missing information is corrected.
• ARC contacts Buyer for authorization for payment to Seller.
• ARC funds Seller.
